PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.90 for orders under $100

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $6.90 - $9.90

Free Economy Shipping on orders over $100

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping via DHL Express and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to the nature of our product, we comply with all applicable shipping regulations. Himalayan mad honey is legal throughout the United States. For international orders, please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at aquamage99@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
